The party begins here
Only in New Zealand could they turn a rugby tournament into a festival. The NZ 7s are here in Wellington so the fancy dress costumes are being dusted off and people are preparing to party. The pre-match tournament parade was held today – the sun was shining and the pohutukawa tree outside the Old Government Buildings was almost burning with colour.
