For the last 24 hours there have been severe weather warnings for all of New Zealand.  I was beginning to think that the kiwis were being overly dramatic – the biggest storm for a while predicted.

The sun’s been shining most of the day so I was beginning to think what was all the fuss about!

Imagine our surprise when there was a banging at the door. Noone ever visits us late into the evening…..

And look who it was.

OH AND THE WEATHER ARRIVED TOO!

WHICH HAS CAUSED GREAT EXCITEMENT FOR THE BASSETS – NOT SURE FORTNUM KNOWS WHAT TO MAKE OF IT!

AND MASON JUST THINKS IT’S A GOOD COVER TO EAT THE PLANTS!
