I was wondering what the green things were. Too tempting for me to try baking, I so need to keep on the straight and narrow. I am thinking of investing in some silicone muffin tins, it wouldn't matter if the mixture went in the wrong place then.

Sniff.....sniff....yip I can smell them! They look amazing and the method sounds right up my street! Not too much mess and the recipe is quick enough for me not to get bored.
My other half hates bananas, I have to fight to bring them into the house, I like to bake a banana treat for myself every now and then and those seriously ripe ones looks perfect for the job.
I shall give it a go!
