Sarah, I&#039;m slowly starting to get better prepared but there is no doubt that if you&#039;re trying to serve the food for dinner for real the photography is a secondary activity.  I&#039;ve read lots of articles about food blogging and they recommend all sorts of styling which I think is one step too far for me.  It&#039;s nice to be able to share the recipe for something I&#039;ve tried and enjoyed.   Thanks for the positive feedback.  JT]]></description>
