OMG this looks gorgeous. I’m feeling drawn to my gluten free baking cupboard already… I suspect if I swap out those 2 cups flour with my fav GF baking mix, it’ll work a charm…

Ginger paste? Where do you get that? Do you make it?

It’s summer here but that wouldn’t stop me – this is going straight on my list of “things to bake” 😀

I just got back from Greenland – much catching up to do! I’m glad I didn’t miss this one because I LOVE ginger.
