That’s a really inspiring read. It’s easy to forget how much we have but it’s important to sometimes take stock and think how, through our passion for real food, we can help and encourage others.

Thanks for this post… this is something I’ve been thinking about a lot too. Food as indulgence and food as survival — and the overlap, when you grow and make something as basic as a salad or a bowl of berries… food that’s been grown by someone who loves it, not just mass produces it. I would love to supply free seedlings to families who want to start their own vege gardens. I’ll check out Supergrans to see if they’re interested in that.
