That’s so much fun! I would love to make cheese, but by the time I’ve bought milk, I might as well just buy the cheese… especially since I wouldn’t know where to start. It would be different if I kept a cow, of course, but that’s unlikely 🙂

I’m seriously impressed (and also really fancy some cheese now) . Your creations look amazing. Making cheese has been on my ‘to-do’ list for ages but my hubby always tells me off for trying to take on too much. Making stuff is addictive!

Your title made me laugh, a friend and I make lots of cheese and both our hubby’s are often muttering blessed are the cheese makers. I think they are being a bit rude though but they eat the cheese all the same. Feta is really easy and you should try the Camembert, easy to make you just have to have patience with the maturing stage.
