I love your frosty veg even though this is all making me feel cold. Today we’re having blazing hot sunshine interspersed with torential downpours. Frosty nights seem to belong to the distant past. Hope the dogs recover and give you a better night’s sleep tonight.

Yes, the frosts have been heavy over on the other side of the Rimutakas as well. The other morning the paddocks were so white it almost looked like snow! Reminded of me, for just a moment, of winters back in Michigan. But fortunately by noon it was gorgeous again.

I understand once the cold gets into your bones the winter feels never ending!

Our summer started off good, but it’s going down hill! Overcast and cloudy most of the time, summer storms and this morning rain, again!

At least you know once your longest day and night passed your heading for spring and consequently summer will follow, I bet a sunny and hot one too! Now that is something to look forward to!?

Brrrrr!

It’s been frosty even in town, but from the bottom of our garden we can just see the snow capped hills over in your direction. Beautiful.
