Happy Anniversary for last Wednesday. It sounds like you celebrated in just the way that was right for you and that is what is important. You sound so enthusiastic with all your cookery books, mealtimes must be very special in your home. I have to confess to a shelf full of recipe books that are hardly ever opened. I tend to go for the simplest option though now that there are fewer of us at home I could be tempted to make more of an effort. I might do some dishes for the freezer in preparation for the end of the holidays when there will be 10 of us around the table.

Nigella's express cookbook sounds right up my street! Happy Anniversary to you both! What a wonderful collection of books you have and thanks for the summary of them all. It's so wonderful that you put them all to such good use too. I would like to be a little bit more adventurous and experimental, but time is often short at hand. You are an inspiration and I am working with my little kitchen hands to make more progress x
