It’s amazing how you find the second wind when needed. Just think you will sleep like a baby on the plane! That’s a bonus! Drink a lot of Vitamin C and take the odd berocca tablet, every morning instead of tea or coffee, the minerals will give you a boost. These banana muffins sounds yummy and they will definitely help you along the way!
