Looks fabulous! I normally carry around a note-book in my bag. I don't like electronic organizers - much prefer to open a note-book and turn the pages - it's nice to use pen and paper for a change!

I've never been that good at remembering things. At work I'm helped immensly by my 2 classroom assistants,( 1 works with a little girl with Down's syndrome), and they always remind me of the things I've forgotten. Mind you we have to multi-task big style so it's not surprising that all of us at work are always forgetting things. Some of my kids are pretty much on the ball and they remind me of the next bit of our routine often before I've had a chance to forget. We have visual timetables, for the children, and I have a weekly and daily timetable written out for all of us to refer to though I still mix things up. I have a white board on the kitchen wall by the front door to make all my lists and put reminders - especially things I need to take to work in the morning. (I used to love the really big whiteboards we had in school . It's interactive whiteboards now.) I make lists but often the shopping list gets left at home. I can remember when I was a teenager going upstairs for something and forgetting what it was. I think that as we get older we just become more conscious of poor memory. I think apart from learning special memory tricks its mostly a I matter of use it or lose it. Hah- I've just remembered I should have turned the tv on 10 mins ago for ER.
