My experience with them has been far superior to access usa. They list every item that they receive instead of just the vendor. In other words, if I order 10 items, I see all 10 items rather than the fact that I got an order from Gap.com. Additionally, they don’t nickel and dime you like access does. They have fees for consolidating things, commercial invoices, insurance (high prices) etc. It isn’t worth it. Additionally, good luck getting them on the phone. Bongo has an online chat and I speak to people about my account all the time. They seem to be excellent and I highly recomend them.
