					<description><![CDATA[I agree with Rula just the time to rest with your leg elevated on a cushion, mind you I dont think that any orthopaedic bod would recommmend flip flops tho, whateever nationality they are.  You must be getting old, Kevin and I did a ninety minute walk along the beach today from Whitley Bay to St Marys Island, not a twinge however tommorrow could be a totally different story!

					<description><![CDATA[Welcome to the world of crumblies. Or rather I&#039;m sending my comiserations. With me its my knee and sometimes my back though the sit-ups seem to have strengthened my mid-section muscles and I have less back trouble than I used to. Hopefully a few days rest will see you fit and ready for action.  And I don&#039;t think you should be doing any ironing, after all you do need to elevate your foot till the swelling goes down !]]></description>
