I also didn&#039;t trust KiwiRail to get things all cleared up before Monday morning - fair play to them though that they did!  
We took the train in this morning, and beyond some heavy duty machinery still there tidying up, the train crawled along the stretch of track from bridge to tunnel.
One of the train crew was helpfully pointing out the &#039;high mud line&#039; on the inside of the tunnel!
Not quite sure how that happened, since the train made it out of the tunnel, so I think it was splash back from hitting the slide.]]></description>
