					<description><![CDATA[Elora in the U. S. here....You should be proud of yourself having grown some fabulous celery!  As for the leaves, dry them. Use your oven on low heat. Spread them out in a single layer on a cookie sheet.  When dry, store the leaves in jars and add them to soups, stews, stuffing, even bread all year long! They&#039;re wonderfully flavorful and take up only modest space. And, BTW, I&#039;ve found a dehydrator to be one of the gardener&#039;s best companions.  I&#039;ve dried onions, many different herbs, summer squash, corn, carrots, green beans, even cabbage (thinly sliced). I use a Food Saver for preserving, too.

We lived in NZ for awhile long ago.  Love your country and its people!]]></description>
