In reply to Liz Pilla. Hi Liz, I love black and white photographs taken by others but not my own. I've tried lots of time to convert photographs and they just don't look as appealing to me. I shall have to ponder more on this and perhaps branch out to shoot specifically for black and white.

I think you did an amazing job and what a good friend you have for being your guinea pig!! I don’t care for taking portraits or for using people as me main focal point but when I do I prefer B&W, was there a reason for color? For that part of the assignment? I just always found that peoples features/expressions translated better in B&W. I’m not critisizing, please don’t misunderstand, just conversing!!
