Mind mapping reminds me of when I was teaching! In my latter years at work, we were given mind mapping text books to read despite the fact that some of us had been doing it for years. Have you thought of adding kohlrabi to the brassicas family, they are very easy to grown and fantastic in slaw style salad. For the herbs I suggest trying summer savoury, it’s a cross between thyme and rosemary, yum with roasted new potatoes and chicken dishes. Soft fruits try tayberreis and mulberries, they are delicious and over here very sought after and expensive.
