					<description><![CDATA[Julie, they look amazing. Are they from the Chanterelle family? It looks to me like  girolle, if it is they are very tasty and also one of the most expensive sort. 
Cold fingers is not good, try and gut a fish with frosty fingers, now that is a nasty job in the freezing cold.]]></description>
