Oh Julie it is awful when our babies are sick….& most definitely better to be paranoid, I would rather be considered paranoid 7 over protective, the alternative doesn’t bear thinking about! Hope he has made a full recovery 🙂

Oh dear, nothing worse than a sick houndy!! I remember practically sleeping on my front porch one night while my little basset had a bad tummy ache, nothing like you described but bad enough to keep me up all night and sleeping on the floor with her. Glad the big guy is feeling better and on the mend, poor fella. 🙁

Very glad to hear he’s on the mend. I have also spent some nights with our fur girl when she was recovering from an operation, watching every breath. They are our children!
